NITE WorkBench - NWB

NWB is a Windows-based tool for general-purpose annotation of natural interactive and multimodal communication. NWB has been built at NISLab.

NWB is primarily intended for use by "ordinary users", i.e. colleagues whose expertise and work focus is in natural interactivity and multimodal communication rather than in programming, XML Schemas, XSLT stylesheets, etc.

The second release of NWB, NWB2, was made on 2 July 2003 to a limited set of test sites. NWB2 was publicly available from the present page from 1 August 2003 to 31 August 2003.

NWB3 was released on 31 August 2003. The document "What is new in NWB3", describes the improvements to be found in NWB3.
